After 31 July 2024, you will not be able to use a 3G mobile phone with your existing VIVIFI SIM card/e-SIM.
If you use a 4G non-VoLTE mobile phone, you will not be able to make or receive mobile calls.
No need to change SIM Card / e-SIM
Your existing VIVIFI SIM cards / e-SIM are 4G/5G enabled.
4G/LTE Voice call
VoLTE* will be enabled automatically upon 3G shutdown.
What do you need to do?

Check if your mobile phone is in the recommended mobile phone list. If so, you are good to go.
Otherwise, please help to work on #2 and #3.

You see a 3G or H+ network bar in the top-right corner of your mobile phone screen all the time.
Please get a 4G mobile phone with VoLTE.

Verify that your 4G mobile phone supports VoLTE or 4G Calling. You can find this option in your phone's mobile network settings. It is defaulted to use VoLTE for some newer 4G/5G mobile phones.
Otherwise, please get a 4G mobile phone with VoLTE.

🚫 Emergency Call Concerns
You may lose the ability to make emergency calls to '999' in critical situations.
🚫 Loss of Voice, SMS, and Data Services
Without upgrading to a 4G Device with VoLTE device, you risk losing access to essential voice, SMS, and data services.
