Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion valid from 16th June 2023 until further notice.
2. Subscribers can place orders via https://campaigns.vivifi.me/vivifi-asia-travel-sim with their existing VIVIFI account number through the form on the website. 
3. Promotion is applicable to all existing VIVIFI subscribers.
4. VIVIFI AsiaWide - 5GB @ $12 for 30 days, valid for Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Macau, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
5. No activation is required for Traveller SIM. Upon arrival at the destination, simply; 
        > Insert physical SIM into the device, or 
        > Ensure eSIM is installed and enabled.
6. The VIVIFI Travel SIM Card will expire after 6 months from the date of purchase.  
7. VIVIFI Traveller SIM Card
   • Delivery of Travel SIM Card is by Singpost regular postal mail to your Letterbox. There is no tracking code for postal mail and the delivery service standard is based on Singpost Basic Local Letters.
   • VIVIFI will post your Travel SIM Card within 2 working days from the date of purchase. Please check your letter box after 4 working days from the date of purchase
   • Customers must write to VIVIFI via email at [email protected] if the sim card(s) are not received within 7 days from the date of purchase.  Otherwise, VIVIFI will consider your Travel sim card(s) is/are successfully delivered.
8. VIVIFI Traveller eSIM
   • VIVIFI will email you a eSIM QR code within 3 working days from purchase.
   • Customer must write to VIVIFI via email at [email protected] if eSIM QR code is not received within 3 working days from the date of purchase.
9. Once the travel sim is purchased, there is no refund or cancellation.
10. Management reserves the right to amend the product without prior notice.
11. Please note that data roaming is currently unavailable in Myanmar.
