Step 2. Collect your ONE TRAVEL SIM from your letterbox

Step 3. Travel within 6 months of purchase

Step 4: Plug and play on any mobile phone when you reach any one of the destinations.

Step 5: Toggle on your "Roaming Data" options under your phone settings. 

(Roaming Data will be automatically connected, and (SG) network will have no data served if the SIM card is plugged in and played in Singapore.)

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion valid from 30th Oct 2023 to further notice.

2. VIVIFI Subscribers can place order via https://campaigns.vivifi.me/vivifi-one-travel-sim with their existing VIVIFI account number through the form on the website. 

3. Promotion is applicable to all existing VIVIFI subscribers.

4. ONE TRAVEL SIM is offers 6GB or 10GB roaming data in the specified countries. 

5. The ONE TRAVEL SIM Card is not activated. To activate it, simple plug and play at the listed destinations.

6. The ONE TRAVEL SIM  Card will expire after 6 months from the date of purchase.  

7. Delivery of ONE TRAVEL SIM  is by Singpost regular postal mail to your Letter box. There is no tracking code for postal mail and delivery service standard is based on Singpost Basic Local Letters.

8. VIVIFI will post out your ONE TRAVEL SIM Card within 2 working days from date of purchase. Please check your letter box after 4 working days from the date of purchase.

9. Customers must write to VIVIFI via email at [email protected] if sim card(s) are not received within 10 days from the date of purchase.  Otherwise, VIVIFI will treat the sim card(s) are delivered successfully.

10. Once the travel sim is purchased, there is no refund and cancellation

11. Management reserves the right to amend the product without prior notice.
